Ivan Sobko Bio
Ivan has worked in the real estate field since 2007. With background in international business development, real estate, finance, and IT Ivan draws on his experience in different industries to provide the highest customer service possible, and leverages all his business and real estate knowledge gained over the years to provide professional service and advice to his clients.
Working in Re/Max Westcoast Steveston Real Estate team Ivan has gained understanding of the real estate industry from direct experience with real estate contracts, new project marketing, commercial leasing, land assembly, research, and more to build on his academic knowledge of the industry.
Ivan has successfully completed the Diploma in Urban Land Economics (DULE) program at UBC – Specializing in Land Development and Commercial Property Management.
He has holds the Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) designation from Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals (CAAMP). He is also a member of the Mortgage Brokers Association of British Columbia (MBABC).
